GOL-660 Organizational Theory, Culture and Behavior
This course examines the foundations, theories, and models of organizational configuration used to analyze the structural and behavioral aspects of organizations. Topics encompass areas such as
organizational life cycle, communications, and planned change. Systems thinking and open systems theory are addressed, along with measurements, technology, and cultural analysis. Students learn how to conduct meaningful analysis for diagnosis and recommendations for appropriate organizational change.
