2024-2025 ACADEMIC CALENDAR Note: Every Monday and Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. during both semesters are reserved for Faculty Meetings, Academic Departmental Meetings, Faculty Shared Governance Committee Meetings, and Faculty Senate.
Fall 2024 SEMESTER
August	26	Mon	SPS/Hackettstown Campus/Online - Day, evening, OL, OL-1 classes begin; add/drop and late registration period begins; tuition refund policy in effect. Faculty meeting.
August	30	Fri	SPS/Hackettstown Campus - Last day for Fall full term & Fall 1/OL 1 add/drop and late registration.
September	2	Mon	LABOR DAY - Hackettstown - offices closed. Hackettstown Campus - No classes;
September	3	Tues	All Campuses - Last day for incomplete grades for Summer II to be changed and posted in the Registrar’s Office.
September	16	Mon	All Campuses - Last day to file an application with the Registrar’s Office for January graduation.
September	17	Tues	CONSTITUTION DAY.
September	28	Sat	Fall 1/OL-1 -Last day to withdraw from Fall I/OL-1 class without incurring an automatic “F”.
October	20	Sun	Fall 1/OL-1 - Last day of classes.
October	21	Mon	Fall 2/OL-2 - Fall II/OL2 classes begins; add/drop and late registration period begins Tuition refund policy in effect.
October	23	Wed	Hackettstown Campus - Mid-semester progress reports due in Academic Success.
October	25	Fri	Fall2/OL2 - Last day for Fall II add/drop and late registration
October	31	Thu	Hackettstown Campus - Last day to withdraw from a traditional semester-long class without incurring an automatic “F”.
November	4-15	Mon-Fri	All Campuses - Priority Registration for SP25, SU1, SU2
November	15	Fri	All Campuses - Last day to file an application with the Registrar’s Office for May graduation.
November	23	Sat	Fall 2/OL-2 - Last day to withdraw from Fall II/OL -2 class without incurring an automatic “F”.
November	27-29	Wed-Fri	Thanksgiving Break
December	9-13	Mon- Fri	Hackettstown Campus - Exam week; Classes meet at their regularly scheduled times Final grades are to be posted in Moodle/Registrar’s office within 48 hours of last class.
December	15	Sun	Last day of Fall term.
			ALL CAMPUSES: FINAL GRADES ARE TO BE POSTED IN MOODLE/REGISTRAR’S OFFICE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF LAST CLASS.

April	18	Fri	GOOD FRIDAY. All Campuses. No classes; Offices closed.
April-May	28-2	Mon-Fri	Hackettstown Campus-Exam Week; Classes meet at their regularly scheduled times. Final grades must be posted within 48 hours of last class meeting.
May	4	Sun	Last day of Spring Term
May	5	Mon	All campuses - Final grades must be posted by the faculty on or before, but no later than, 11:00 a.m.
May	6	Tue	Rehearsal for Commencement 6:00-7:00 p.m.
May	7	Wed	Graduate Commencement and Hooding Ceremony – Evening.
May	10	Sat	COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY.
