GED-765 Comparative Systems
In this course, students will analyze conceptual questions underlying comparative and international organizations including education. Emphasis will be placed on the interrelationships between organizations, culture, and society form a multi-national perspective. Gender, race, class, and socio-political and economic structures will be examined in the context of the particular organizations. Special attention will be focused on the globalization of economies and the impact they have on the innovation movements throughout the world. Various national systems will be compared from a historical perspective.
