BUS-4020 Project Planning
This course gives students an essential overview of project management concepts, tools, skills, and practices to scope, plan, execute, monitor, and complete a successful project in various
environments. Emphasis will be on tools that improve the student's ability to plan, implement, and manage projects during the entire life cycle, from scoping the project until its closure, including the methodologies of estimating time and costs for completion and the measurement of progress and performance.
