NUR-4501 Leadership and Management in Nursing
This capstone practicum course focuses on the development of leadership and management skills. This course emphasizes leadership and management theory and competencies necessary to assure a culture of safety and continuous quality improvements as well as ethical decision making in the provision of care for diverse populations will also be explored. Students will also explore
principles to foster self-care, resilience, well-being, and continued personal and professional growth.
