CSC-1021 Programming for Everyone II
This course teaches students about the fundamentals of data access, data management, and expands upon the topics learned in CSC-1020. In the first half of the course, students will learn
how to leverage their Python skills to treat the internet as a source of data. Students will work with HTML, XML, and JSON data formats in Python. The second half of the course introduces students
to the fundamentals of Structured Query Language (SQL) and database design as part of a multi-step data gathering, analysis and processing effort. As part of the course, students will build web crawlers and multi-step data gathering and visualization processes.
