Hooding ceremony

Graduating master’s and doctorate degree students may also choose to participate in the graduate hooding ceremony at which time the students are presented with their academic hoods to wear at commencement. In order to attend the hooding ceremony, students must meet all of the requirements to participate in the May commencement including time frames for degree completion, good academic standing and no outstanding financial obligations to Centenary University. Students may elect to participate in either the hooding ceremony, commencement or both.
