Independent Study

Graduate students may apply for independent study credit. A maximum of six graduate credits in independent study may be applied to a student’s program. Independent study requests should be made to the Program Director of the graduate program in which the student is studying. Approval of requests for independent study will be determined by the rationale for the request, the student’s academic standing, and the availability of faculty to conduct the independent study.
