EDU-1105 The Rights of the Child
This course explores the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Students will gain a deep understanding of the rights to health, safety, expression, education, social needs, and family, and how these Rights are or are not being honored throughout the world. Students will use the information to apply directly in surrounding communities to services for children through personal involvement and/or service learning projects.
