WRI-2060 News Writing for New Media
Students will explore various types of news-based writing for new media writing (online news stories, blogs, interactive infographs, advertisements, press releases, etc.). Students will tailor their writing to the various needs of different types of new media outlets. This course will examine audience in detail and think about the different audiences for different new media outlets, and the way that content creation must be tailored to them.
