GCO-602 Clinical Counseling Field Experience II

Clinical Counseling Field Experience II involves a placement in a clinical setting to enable students to develop counseling skills and integrate professional knowledge and skills. Clinical Counseling Field Experience II provides an opportunity to practice counseling under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional. In addition to the supervised field experience, the course involves a weekly seminar on campus. Students complete a minimum of 300 total supervised hours, of which a minimum of 120 hours are direct hours.  Students are required to obtain/maintain active liability insurance throughout GCO 602 hours.
