MLS-4504 Clinical Microbiology
Study of medical microbiology covering areas of clinical parasitology, mycobacteriology, clinical virology, clinical mycology, and miscellaneous and emerging pathogens. Methods used to isolate and to identify various microorganisms will be discussed and performed in the laboratory. Disease pathogenesis, etiology, epidemiology, and treatment of medically important diseases will be discussed.
