GBA-620 Human Resources Management

This course examines the expanding and developing role of the Human Resources department in today's organizations. In addition to functional area (e.g., job analysis and design, recruitment and selection, training and career planning, compensation and benefits), this course focuses on HR strategy development in a changing environment, managing employees in global markets, HR processes and systems, and other contemporary practices of today's preeminent Human Resources organizations.
